Will the historical currency make a difference on screen?

Absolutely! By using authentic, historical currency, you take your audience back in time. The profound bond between humans and money transcends mere economic transactions. It's a tangible link to our past, present, and future aspirations. Historical banknotes and coins, in particular, serve as windows into bygone eras, each bearing the marks of their time.

The intricate designs, the portraits of historical figures, and even the materials used in their production offer glimpses into the cultural, political, and economic contexts of their origin. Holding a coin that once changed hands centuries ago can transport us to a different world, connecting us with the lives and stories of those who came before us. It's a testament to the enduring power of currency as a vessel of human history and a reminder of our shared journey through time.

Here's an example. For the short film Significó Más (It Meant More), the director, Michael J Diamond, needed historical currency, in this case Spanish Peseta banknotes. Watch until the end and see how the historical banknotes make such an impact.
